Great cut and colour, no faults. The venue could do with a BIG clean - the floors were especially dirty (even at 10am opening!) filled with hair, dirt, spills and lashes etc.

Terrible customer service I got a express full set of “Russian” eyelashes three days later most of them have fallen off. I was told to
Come back to the salon today they would fix them, arrived to be told someone rang in sick there was no eyelash technicians available at that time and I could wait two hours or they would refund me. Leaving me with a some eyelashes still hanging on. Terrible customer service.
