First visit to the shop, was a pleasant experience, Ruby was lovely and knew her stuff, if I was to visit again I may opt for a fuller lash, and possibly not as dark on the eyebrows, but will defiantly return.

I felt that my eyebrows were rushed and the lady was more interested what was going on with the other girls in the shop.
I had booked with another lady who i liked and choose a time when she there , she was present in shop but busy. I was burnt by the wax just under my eyebrow and have three separate small burn marks. I have had better experience before.
