Unfortunately my appointment was delayed 35/40mins due to issues earlier in the day. This meant the whole day was running late. While I was having my treatment the next client turned up and again had a long wait. I would of really appreciated a call in regards to the delays.

Its day 4 and have half my lashes, gave them a second chance using another branch to correct and same thing, poor job they look awful after 4 days!
