I normally go to Epsom where I’ve never had an issue, the girls are always welcoming and when there has been an issue I’ve never felt the need to leave a bad review as they’re apologetic. I went to The Clinic last minute the apprentice was fine but Hayley who helped had a terrible attitude. I left with bits of glue in my hair after telling them it was in there and after 4 days one had slipped out.
