The salon itself has a little identity issue in terms of decor and cleanliness. However Khloe was lovely and made me feel welcome. I would recommend the salon to family and friends. I will be returning.

I booked and attended my appointment on Christmas Eve to find the salon was closed. I contacted the salon via email and the owner Traci emailed back informing me that there was a note left on the salon to go to the other salon. This was not on the salon when I attended. Traci said that she would refund me my money and provide me the treatment free of charge which I agreed to. I responded, as asked, with dates I could do. Since then I have had no response from Traci despite various emails and contacting the salon by phone and being assured she will get back to me. I still have not received my refund. This is an absolute shame as the two occasions I went to the salon I was happy with the treatments received.
