I booked two treatments via treatwell- I messaged the person to let them know I had booked/ went to the venue- the receptionist didn’t know the massage place existed in the same establishment- I was then told my therapist was not there
I receive a text 30 min later saying I’m on my way- (after I’d left- why would I still be there?)
Communication very poor- wouldn’t tell me when she was arriving and expected me to just wait- didn’t receive tex to say she’d arrived- no gesture of good will-

Nice massage, she untied most of the knots in my back and also removed the excess oil at the end so you don’t have to walk away all oiled up ☺️

Absolutely brilliant. One of the best massages I’ve EVER had. The loveliest lady with the strongest hands, she totally got out all of my knots and really de-stressed my entire body. I left feeling light and bouncy! I’ll definitely go again.
