Gemma is so lovely and welcoming, this was my first appointment with her and she put me at ease with any questions or queries that I had about starting my BIAB journey.
Gemma is very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel rushed in making any decisions. Gemma gave me aftercare advice which was much appreciated and I am so happy with my nails they exceeded my expectations.
The Garden Room is so peaceful and in beautiful surroundings which I felt enhanced my experience.
