Renata was really lovely and super knowledgeable about the body. I feel for her, as the venue is not ideal in the evenings when the classes are on as it's incredibly loud but it didn't bother me. Renata did also text me ahead of time to let me know that there would be a class on so I was prepared for the noise. I'll definitely be back!
