The actual experience was good but spoiled somewhat by the response to my disappointment at having a change of technician. Raquel is lovely and did a great job with my nails but what's the point of being given a choice of technician when you book, only to find you've then ' been allocated to someone else. It doesn't leave you feeling special!

Really love going here to get my nails done. It has become my monthly treat. Staff are always lovely and welcoming. They do a fabulous job every time!! Very high standards. Georgia is amazing for my gel nails!! Highly recommend.

Lovely first time experience. A little dissapointed that certain colours had run out or were in use (but understandable at Christmas time). Thanks for the prosecco! X
