The salon is gorgeous, very clean, and the staff are lovely and very friendly. I was disappointed to discover however, after I had left, that I had booked in for a full manicure and was only given the most basic shellac treatment. My nails were not shaped and there was no massage or exfoliating treatment. I think this may have been due to confusion with me getting £10 off my appointment through Treatwell and paying less than normal for the appointment. I will be going back but would like to know what I will be getting before the appointment commences.

I ended up having shellac gel nails instead, but these were done beautifully, will definitely be back for them again soon.
