Went in for a bikini wax, file and polish and added this eyebrow wax and tint. Firstly I arrived and they didn’t seem to be expecting me then my file and polish the beautician didn’t do a top coat and I’ve got home and had to take the polish off as it’s all smudged. Secondly the bikini wax she admitted she hadn’t done one before/properly and missed the majority of it all. I then stupidly agreed to allow her to do my eyebrows and I’ve come home to them bleeding as the skin has come off. Unbelievably disappointed I treated myself to this service and it’s been terrjble. I would like this to be looked into immediately and I would like to request a refund as this was a complete waste of money!!!

Best Manicure in Manchester. The girls are lovely, I also had a fantastic curly blow dry last week. I highly recommend this venue. Thank you

I was nervous as it was my first visit here. I am clueless about Hair and I explained what I wanted and the hairdresser knew exactly what to do. the women who cut my hair was very friendly and listens to how you want your hair done and makes suggestions. best haircut I've had in a while. I will be back here again for sure :) thanks you castle beauty
