Avoid! This company accepted £140 but the clinician did not show up. The ‘salon’ / ‘clinic’ was closed and in a deserted business park surrounded by railings and locked gates - would not recommend at all. Still awaiting a refund or contact.

Turned up for my hair appointment at 9am. Salon was not even open. Waited half an hour in the cold still not open. Then someone else turns up for their appointment and still not open. Same thing happened to them last week. Would had been my first time using them but won’t be booking again. Extremely poor service and unprofessional not to even turn up for a customer. Tried phoning several times. What a way to run a business. My advise don’t waste your time booking. They don’t turn up.

Always a great friendly service. Best shellac nails i've had done in Manchester, lots of attention to detail and they last a long time. Also had hair coloured cut and styled and I'm very pleased with the result. Would recommend!
