Roberta is so lovely and did a spectacular job of my nails - she is incredibly thorough, particularly when it comes to trimming and cleaning of the cuticles, with the result that the manicure looks fresh for well over a week. While some of the shellac chipped and came off within several days, she took me back in and redid the job. Cannot recommend enough!
