Roberta was great. Very friendy and really thorough. I had been to places before that use a mechanical file (which i hate!) and she doesnt do that. She was also very diligent with the cuticle work and happy for me to look at a few colours before choosing. Definitely my go-to now for manicures in future.

It’s been about a month, one of the best waxes I have had. Quick and almost painless. Lovely chatty lady, such a shame I can’t go back for a while, but I will admit that the growth after a month is great and not twitching for my next wax yet! Keep safe and I hope you open again soon!
