I left an honest & fair review on Google after my unpleasant experience. However, the director called and started yelling at me after reading my review. She was extremely rude and downright discriminative claiming "people of a certain lifestyle cannot have certain haircuts" "you have issues" etc. which was completely out of line & frankly unnecessary. I flagged that the call is harassment and grounds for legal action given its an area I literally work in, only following which the call ended.

first time here but will not be the last.went for a trim came out a new person I have never had such a good cut has completely changed my appearance so glad that I listened to her.
