1hr dry cupping session (paid £70 for a service that is on avg £20-£30). Called saying i am running 15 min late, I get there - took 15 min for me to fill out forms & therapist to explain process & time to get undressed. I had 20 min left of my 1 hour appt @ this point. When it came to pay, asked why i'm paying for 1hr when session was only 20 min - owner blamed me for being late (when they should have gave me an option to reschedule when I called) felt cheated and waste of my money.
