Had a disappointing experience. I arrived at 10:50 for my 11:00 appointment, but the hairdresser didn’t show up until 11:20 and seemed to be covering someone else. I showed a simple reference and expected scissors and more attention to detail, but she used clippers and cut it much shorter in under 15 minutes. She apologised, but the damage was already done. The salon also doesn’t look like the photos. Wouldn’t recommend.

My daughter has had her hair cut and re-styled twice at the Doll House and she absolutely loves it. She especially likes the mini head massage when having her hair washed and the care and attention the stylists give.
