My initial appointment was changed due to the original therapist Rebecca 'calling in sick' so my treatment was taken over by a colleague.The therapist was very accommodating, allowing for my treatments to be split in two around the interview l had that day. The colours ld requested were honoured, l was comfortable. My only criticism would be the slight inattention to detail due to the therapist caring for her recently newborn baby.

Had a disappointing experience. I arrived at 10:50 for my 11:00 appointment, but the hairdresser didn’t show up until 11:20 and seemed to be covering someone else. I showed a simple reference and expected scissors and more attention to detail, but she used clippers and cut it much shorter in under 15 minutes. She apologised, but the damage was already done. The salon also doesn’t look like the photos. Wouldn’t recommend.
