Went for last minute wax. Kara was lovely however afterwards I noticed that there was a small patch that was missed and also a large clump of wax still attached that I had to pull out myself later. She did gave me a chance to double check everything but I didn't notice at the time.

The most awful wax Job, got home with so much hair left, not even small bits, massive chunks, also with wax still stuck to the hairs which was painful to remove when I got home. Eye brow and lip wax also lazily done with stray hairs left. I wouldn’t normally complain if it was cheap but these treatments were not worth what I paid, I could have done a better job myself with a blind fold on, don’t bother coming here
