This was my first time trying out Dermaplaning after hearing about it from a friend. I didn't really what to expect, however Dawn explained the process thoroughly. I mentioned that I was going away on holiday and Dawn was considerate to wear a mask instead as I'd need to take mines off during this treatment, greatly appreciated. The process was relaxing and my skin looked radiant straight away! I'd say that my skin was at its peak about a week later, it was SO smooth and gorgeous I was shocked!

Dawn was lovely and professional. My hair felt beautiful, smooth and frizz-free after this treatment. However the treatment didn't last as long for me as expected, but I guess it's just my hair being stubborn as usual (nothing wrong with the treatment). Overall I had a great experience at The Diamante Rooms.

Kara was very professional, polite and courteous and very quickly put me at ease. I was made to feel very welcome in the salon and the overall result of my treatment is stunning. Full head colour, low lights with a new cut and blow dry. I highly recommend Kara as a stylist

I found my experience poor. The venue was unclean and badly equipped. The gel pedicure felt very half effort, my therapist seemed unsure of what she was doing and constantly asked her colleague what to do. It took around 20 minutes, I would expect a gel pedi to take at least twice as long if done properly. My classic manicure didn’t Include any polish, it was literally a file, buff and cuticle removal taking 15 minutes max which is a rip off for the price of £22. I would avoid this venue.
