I returned to the North East and after many attempts to find a hairdresser I was happy when I found Dawn! I love visiting The Diamante Rooms. I am always made to feel welcome and the service is excellent. I have had other beauty treatments at the salon which unfortunately due to financial issues I have had to put on hold but I never go anywhere else for my hair.

I’ll definitely be back. I had such a great experience. Dawn complimented how I looked and made me feel really good about myself. Everyone was friendly and nice. I asked about my nails as I used to bite them and they’re quite weak and break. They gave me lots of advice which I really appreciated. I’m going to book another appointment soon to get a manicure and colour. Thank you!

I had a great time whilst visiting The Diamanté Rooms. I only needed a fringe trim but nothing was too much trouble for Dawn. I’m quite awkward as I don’t like my fringe too long but hate it if it’s even a tiny bit too short. She totally understood how I felt and took her time but cutting a little at a time until I was happy. The atmosphere was great too; it’s got a laidback but busy vibe and by the time I left I felt as though I knew the staff. I’ll definitely be back and recommending friends 😊

Dawn and the whole team at the Diamante rooms are amazing. I've been going here for over 6 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else
Haircut is always absolutely perfect and exactly what I ask for down to the smallest details. Dawn is an excellent stylist
The salon itself is beautiful and you couldn't ask for a friendlier and more welcoming place; Dawn and the team really know how to make you feel at home.
I'm always smiling from the minute I walk in to when I walk out the door. Thank you so much!
