Shocking experience. The beautician was rude and made me feel extremely unwelcome. She spent the entire treatment making me feel bad about how hard it was to get my previous gels off. She did not let me choose my colour but basically chose it for me. The gel nails she put on look fine but because of the way I was treated I will never step foot in this salon again.

Absolutely amazing choice of colours, glitters and topcoats to choose from! Staff were great and chatty and nails look fab!

The fact that I paid 20 pounds only to have my toenails shaped, cleaned off cuticles and polished was a big disappoint. How would I expect that a "luxury pedicure" is in fact a regular pedicure? In any case, my dissatisfaction is more due to me being naive rather than the salon's service, which was higher than average.
