The lass was extremely bubbly and kind. A pleasure to talk to but unforchanitly the results of the waxing wasn't as good as I had hoped ... She missed a bit on the facial waxing which resulted in a Hitler type mustashe I noticed when applying makeup next day and the Hollywood from my understanding was all off however I noticed in the more awkward areas and bin left out though I believe this may had bin due to her worrying about the amount of pain I was in getting it done ... Ultimately customer survive was impeccable however I unforchanatly Will have to bring it down a star for result xx

I really like how you can log in to the app and just book your app easily. The massage was great. Daniela was really good and I would recommend this salon to everyone. The girls are great friendly and very approachable. The massage was one of the best I've had and was great value for money.

Although Michaela was so so lovely and the salon is really great, unfortunately the wax simply wasn't hot enough (or perhaps the room was too cold) and as a result I still have patches of hair on my legs and Hollywood, it was also a lot more painful than usual as it would take several tries to completely remove the wax as it was drying so quickly. When coming home I had red patches on my legs for around a day which never usually happens and I've been waxing for nearly three years. Overall not great quality of wax but staff were friendly and perhaps it was just the fact the room was cold.
