Had a mini facial with Danielle and it was excellent. Will definitely go back. I've had many facials over the years and its rare to get someone who has natural ability. Danielle is a gifted therapist and I would highly recommend her and the venue.

Had a full set of classic lashes put on 2 weeks ago and was left unhappy because they all fell out so quickly, however I had an infill with Anna Maria and she did a lot in the time to make them look quite good again so thank you!

Staff were very polite and waxing was done professionally with minimal discomfort. I’ll be back again next month!

Not as full a Brazilian as desired. Staff do not give you time to get changed in private. Cheap service but also less quality than if you pay more.

The lady who did my wax was very nice and friendly and the venue was pleasant, however the wax itself was not good at all.
It was more of a bikini than a Brazilian (nothing taken off underneath) and extremely painful as she slowly peeled the wax off rather than ripping it off quickly. I ended up having to go to another salon which resulted in me paying double.
I felt bad complaining in person as I didn’t want to upset or offend the beautician, so first approached the salon by email to explain what had happened. However the response I got was very unapologetic and apparently it is their ‘policy’ that if a customer is unhappy they must return to the salon for them to judge themselves, which I find untrustworthy and unprofessional.
