The door wasn’t closed for the duration of the treatment. The towels on the bed looked dirty and weren’t changed. I wasn’t given a towel to cover myself. I was covered in wax leaving and have scarring in several areas of my legs where I have lost layers of skin ripped off during the wax. I’ve been getting my legs waxed for over 10 years and never has this happened. Would not recommend

Staff were very friendly and made sure that I was comfortable. Happy that my hair looked really healthy after too!
However I noticed that some pieces of hair at the back of my head was missed when dying the colour so it’s looking out of place and bleached.
