The door wasn’t closed for the duration of the treatment. The towels on the bed looked dirty and weren’t changed. I wasn’t given a towel to cover myself. I was covered in wax leaving and have scarring in several areas of my legs where I have lost layers of skin ripped off during the wax. I’ve been getting my legs waxed for over 10 years and never has this happened. Would not recommend
