As a first timer, I booked myself in for a Hollywood hot wax to eliminate pain. I asked before hand how the procedure went and was advised it was a mix between strips and just the wax. A little confused as I thought hot wax was just the wax and no strips, I trusted the beautician and let her get on with it. To my disappointment, all she used was strips and did it so quick that I felt I couldn’t say anything. Complete waste of £29!
