The location of the salon is good and the staff were friendly. The products were good and generally not an unpleasant experience. However, I was left with some patches after the waxing treatment so I would have appreciated a bit more attention to detail. I would have expected the salon to be a bit more well-kempt. Not a terrible experience but I probably wouldn't return in the future.

Tia who did my nails was a lovely girl but the standard of the manicure is sub-standard - and from the quality finished was rushed, due to appointments being backed up. Having regularly had manicures (gels) I know that there is a minimum requirement of the gel to be flat and for it to be seamless from bottom to top however they are bumpy (which is really obvious from just looking at them). Will not be returning which is disappointing due to them being an award winning salon.
