Manage to get a last minute nail and waxing appointment while I was in Newcastle for work, and I can’t fault both treatments. Michaela was lovely, friendly and super talented. I hope you had a good time at the festival!

Dawn is a great manager and some of the staff I’ve dealt with have been lovely, but on the whole after several visits, I’ve been continually disappointed with various aspects of the different services. I’ve given the salon many chances but will not be booking again. It’s such a shame because it’s highly rated online and convenient but most staff seem in a rush and generally don’t hold the same standards as the manager and other staff. As a side note: Sophie is brilliant.
