Arrived for my appointment that I had booked 8 days prior via the treatwell app to be told that my appointment hadn’t been transferred over to their diary and therefore I was in fact not booked in. I wasn’t offered many apologies. I was offered an appointment time later for the day but I felt like I couldn’t trust this place to clean my teeth if they can’t even book an appointment correctly. Avoid.
