Once you're upstairs in the treatment rooms this is a lovely place. My therapist was really attentive and listened to what I needed. My back pain has been much better since the treatment.

I arrived to discover that my treatment was not booked in even though I received both an email & text message as confirmation from Treatwell!
Luckily, I arrived early & my treatment was still able to be carried out as Katie just ended up locking the door prior to my treatment because she was the only member of staff there.
It is not actually a spa as there was no sauna, steam room or swimming pool. It is just a salon really.
The floor of my treatment room was thilthy & the bin was overflowing with rubbish so not the most hygienic of places but Katie was friendly & nice.
She applied good, firm pressure & actually targeted my tension spots on my back so for that reason, I have already booked another deep tissue massage again.
Hopefully, the treatment room floor will be cleaned & mopped before then!
