It was a lovely day! Really relaxing and the food was great. Shame about the staff who when asked about additional treatment prices rolled their eyes and directed us to the website.
Brilliant day at the spa! The facilities are amazing! I personally had a facial done by Chloe (great!) the only downside was the lunch provided. I wouldn’t recommend this, there are other places to eat on site which whilst you will pay more, you will enjoy the food!
Some training and development would go a long way. Remembering some customers have never visited the facility and giving us all the info required e.g. 'All the information about your spa day is in your information pack, including the times of your massage and lunch'. Even in the changing rooms, I got asked by 4 different ladies where towels are, this info again, the receptionist should make an effort to tell visitors where they can access these things.
The facility should provide more beds, there's the space for it. All the beds were quickly taken, leaving many of us having to sit or leave our stuff on regular chairs.
Overall, I enjoyed my spa day and my massage was superb. If the customer service gets neatened up a bit, I think it'll make the day much better.
First time here, booked it for my mum and I for a night with treatments. Staff are very unhelpful. We arrived and no one told us where to go where our treatments were or where our room was. I also struggle to walk far and we were constantly back and forth trying to find where everything was. It was very busy in the pool area and spa area no where to sit. The actual massage and facial was amazing and very relaxing. I think if the staff where more friendly it would make a better place. I was very disappointed with dinner but breakfast was lovely. The room was nicer than I expected.
When we first arrived it was very busy and some of our timings for treatments were wrong so we were rather worried. However the staff were great and got everything sorted. All the facilities were great as were the therapists, very professional and friendly. Our room was lovely, the beds were very comfortable.
