Amazing experience 10/10. I can't recommend these guys enough. Marie was amazing and so warm, friendly. I felt so comfortable with everyone and I just loved how classy the place was. I love my haircut and how it looks and Marie did my hair exactly how I wanted. I wish I wasn't based in Birmingham because this would be me regular hair salon.

Appointment was 6pm on the 4th of Sep 26, salon closes at 7pm. I was seen at 6:20pm and everything was very rushed. Hair wash lasted 2 mins, scalp still felt dirty even after asking twice if shampooing was done. Paid for 1h service, got 40 mins - we finished on the dot at 7pm which seemed the goal from the start . Staff didn't seem bothered. I've been here many times with good experiences, but won't return after this.
