I am reviewing for my hair cut and colour - ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! I had bright red hair and they assured me they could do this and it turned out a burgundy colour. My hair cut is uneven and cut so many layers which I didn't ask for. I have a long bob and it is now so short at the back it sticks up like a chicken. One side is longer than other, I didnt notice as they flicked it. I did mention i didn't like the colour and I wanted it straighter but it looked similar so I left. NEVER going again!
