I had a great experience at the salon. I was welcomed and offered a drink. I had my hair washed thoroughly and blow dried with skill and attention to detail of what I requested. I would go again definitely.

I had agreed with the manager on Saturday to use a number 5 base for a chocolate brown colour. The roots were a hot red and my hair is nearly on the dark burgundy side. I’m trying to be good to my head so to correct it would require bleach, which isn’t good. There was also a minor disagreement regarding the bill at the end. The people were lovely and I felt relaxed but wasn’t happy at all about the outcome and paying £140. Cut was good but I’ll fix the dye job elsewhere.
