I’ve just turned up for a blow dry booked on Treatwell in the last two hours . I was told they had tried to call me this morning to cancel my appointment and I didn’t answer ? My appointment was 3.30pm and I booked at 2pm .
So to be told lies and then not have my hair done after driving 15 miles plus the money taken out of my account is an utter disgrace !
Hair and salon owners have been closed and now they are booked up and mad busy don’t even have the courtesy and manners to look after custo

Lovely service! Made to feel pampered the whole time with coffee, biscuits, and a massage chair! Just what my feet needed after lockdown.
