Overall was quite happy with my hair cut but for a fair portion of my appointment my hairdresser was answering the phone or wandering off. After an hour I was told the next client was waiting and my hair wasn’t even finished! If she focussed just on my hair and wasn’t distracted I would have left with a full hair cut and a happier customer
