I booked this treatment for my girlfriend, I booked it with Faria but when she got there, Faria, was quite harsh asking her if she was already her customer, ending with my girlfriend being attended by a different person. The lady who attended her was, clearly, not a senior stylist, don't believe all the fancy words on the website about the advice on which haircut is the perfect for you, because it's just a nice haircut in a fancy place. 0/10 for Faria, 9/10 for Erica.

Faria was wonderful, so friendly and great to talk to. She’s done an amazing job on my hair, she really understood what I wanted and took great care to make sure that I got it! I couldn’t be happier and would 100% recommend.
