Worst experience ever. I came in and the 2 workers were already doing other people's hair. Throughout the wash, Nia kept pulling my hair whilst putting her hands through even though I have very fine hair. Whilst blow-drying and straightening, she kept tugging at my hair causing me a lot of pain. I literally feel like I lost so much hair as she kept the straightener so tight. She was very careless (hairspray in eyes) and not delicate at all. She kept speaking to another customer throughout.

Had to give 1 star for everything as it’s the second time I’ve had my appointment cancelled last minute first I turned up and therapist wasn’t in fine I went home came back … treatment was great so booked again and day before I got a text to cancel so won’t be trying a third time

Nia was really nice and did a really good hair cut even though I booked the wrong treatment she took the time and cut my hair and I can’t thank her enough because I love my hair now! Highly recommend her and the salon!

Love my new hair. Nia did an amazing job with my Balayage and cut, consult before cut was really thorough and clear for treatments and pricing, and she talked me through how high she'd bring the colour and suggested face framing pieces that look great.
She is lovely to talk to, but didn't push to keep talking which I appriciate as I was content just sitting and relaxing while she worked on my hair.
Also she gave the most relaxing hair wash /scalp massage of my life
