The manicurist was quite surly. Twice, whilst cutting my nails with clippers, she caught the skin of my fingertips because she rushing and made for an uncomfortable experience.

I asked the person to make highlights of the colour white, and instead he has done them brown for some reason. Even though I pre paid for the service, the staff member in the end asked me extra £15 for the "toner", which I didn't ask for, and he didn't even told me that he was going to do a service which I will have to pay. Apart from that, I asked him to dye them white but instead I received brown, this shows the service was wrong and instead of apologising, he made me pay more! Disappointed.
