First of all the stylist made it clear that the treatment was not gonna straight my hair regardless of calling it kerastraight treatment.
Then they passed me from stylist to stylist like a ping pong ball and the place was quite noisy.

The salon is nice and the final result was good . I was expecting more for the price I paid , but still a good job and my hair looks fresh and nice .
If you are looking for a salon to relax and get pampered this isn’t for you , it’s a really chaotic and busy salon , they keep changing you from chair to chair and at some point I ended in a chair by the door where was quite cold .
The overall experience is good and they truly are professionals .
It is a bit overpriced for what I got done , but that is normal as the prices are higher in the city centre .
I might return in the near future to see how it goes the next time .
