No consultation, just sat straight at the sink to have hair washed, water cold then hot, took five mins to get right. Hair not parted correctly down the middle. Hair not sectioned off for cutting, all very slap dash. Blow dry was good result but got burnt with the hairdryer. Then felt worried about the scissor action on my dry hair as she finished it off. She seemed a nice person but I could not believe she’s a top stylist and not worth the £38 I paid.
