What a disappointment! Due to work, I can only book last minute. Which I did yesterday. I read their reviews a while ago and I was really looking forward to getting my haircut.
Right after I booked I received a phone call from a young woman who informed me that they “had a problem with their emails” and can’t see me. I then sent them an email and got a similar reply saying they got overbooked and were sorry.
Whilst I can understand a mistake with one time slot, their diary for yesterday whole afternoon was showing as available. And it’s their job to keep their diary up to date. I already had a similar thing happen with another hairdresser and I was offered a genuine apology and most importantly I was offered another appointment. Dalton Street Salon didn’t even offer to reschedule and just wasted my time!
Kaysha did an amazing job with my colour and cut. I was unsure about the right tone as I have fair skin and they helped me pick the perfect shade. Exceeded my expectations as I hadn’t been to this salon before but will definitely come back. Highly recommended. Thank you so much! x
