I had made a booking for a blow dry accidentally forgetting to also book for a cut. The hairstylist was very flexible and reassuring about it and offered me to include it in my booking last minute. She also spent a lot of time blow drying my short hair, which shows attentiveness. The staff is very professional, kind and friendly!
