Seems the hairdresser was in a bad mood. Every time she set my hair was pulling my head around and was real pain. Charged me in full but not the off peak price. This is just unfortunate, was good for the past few times I visited.

Couldn’t recommend enough! Ellie was super lovely and listened to what I wanted. She clearly takes a pride in what she does and makes sure each step in the balayage process is performed correctly. Also great value for money and some amazing before and after pictures, thanks so much - I love it!

Pretty good experience, I booked in for highlights although I had never done any colouring to my hair before and Kaysha was very knowledgable and advised me that what I actually wanted was a balayage. Pretty happy with the service and how the hair turned out! The only thing is because the treatment changed I got charged an extra £20, while when I looked it up on the treatwell website - both treatments cost the same, so not entirely happy with being overcharged!
