5 hours to be sat in the chair only to leave ginger and with a slacked back. I understand that sometimes hair doesn’t lift but say that it won’t work instead of wasting my time. My hair is fat too damaged now to do anything with it, I am absolutely devastated.

It was nice enough, but I had paid extra for a spa manicure, but only recieved the basic gel application, no hand scrub, no cuticle work which was offered with the spa treatment. Also not the neatest manicure I've had.
