Love my ‘new’ hair. Aggela listened to what I asked for and cut my hair beautifully. Very happy - and I’m especially fussy!

I went back to the salon after having my hair cut because a part had been missed- leaving my hair wonky! I explained what had happened and the hairdresser was happy to fix it. I was very annoyed at the fact I had to pay £20 for 2 inches to be cut off one side despite this being her mistake in the first place. I was further frustrated as she did not apologise. There was no explanation as to why I had to pay full price.
