First haircut after lockdowns so Faria had her work cut out. Showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said no problems, easy. And it was!
It didn’t take her long but never felt like she was rushing it and was really friendly throughout. Made sure I was happy with it and I’ll be back again in the future!

Faria was amazing, she is so lovely and I could tell she enjoys her job! I had a full head of highlights and a cut after a year of no hairdressers. She has done an incredible job and clearly has a lot of experience as she knew exactly what to do with my hair and what products to use. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Worst experience ever. I came in and the 2 workers were already doing other people's hair. Throughout the wash, Nia kept pulling my hair whilst putting her hands through even though I have very fine hair. Whilst blow-drying and straightening, she kept tugging at my hair causing me a lot of pain. I literally feel like I lost so much hair as she kept the straightener so tight. She was very careless (hairspray in eyes) and not delicate at all. She kept speaking to another customer throughout.

Had to give 1 star for everything as it’s the second time I’ve had my appointment cancelled last minute first I turned up and therapist wasn’t in fine I went home came back … treatment was great so booked again and day before I got a text to cancel so won’t be trying a third time
