The cut wasn’t even and was badly done. Layers were cut insanely thick and she completely botched my fringe, luckily i was able to fix the fringe myself but i can’t do much about the layers. She wasnt very friendly and didn’t tell me her name. I was sat in a chair with someone else’s bag and drink on it and the general atmosphere was chaotic. My hair is damaged and i expected her to take care brushing it whilst wet but she yanked the knots out & didn’t use any serum or oil to help prevent damage
