Was supposed to be booked with Olga for a haircut as I’d had a haircut with her previously but I was called on the day and told I’d be with another stylist as she was off sick. I didn’t mind this but the stylist who had cut my hair just seemed to have rushed my haircut to go work on another client and then left me with another stylist, who appeared to be a trainee, for the blowdry. Was not happy with the haircut, my fringe/bangs were cut too short and had no shape/dimension.
