I arrived a few minutes before my appointment. I was told to have a seat, no one offered to take my coat or offer anything to drink, despite others being offered these things. I booked and paid for my treatment on treatwell website which gives you a discount. But the Manager/owner gets the stylist to ask if it’s okay to pay an extra £10 because I have curly hair and it requires more time. But the stylist didn’t go over the allotted time slot.
